Preparation and delivery
Allow 5 business days for personalization and order preparation before dispatch. Transit from China to United States addresses is estimated at 15 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of about 20 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, rather than guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, weather, an incomplete address or a remote destination may extend delivery.
Working days and order cutoff
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with an order cutoff of 5:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8). Orders received after cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Handling and transit estimates use Monday-to-Friday business days. Public holidays are excluded, and the schedule moves to the next business day when a holiday occurs.
Tracking and support
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for your order. Tracking may take time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier. For order help, email support@amorieva.com and include your Energvia order number.
Your delivery address
Review the delivery name, address, unit number and postal code before payment. Contact customer care immediately if you notice an error; an address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
