Can I place an order?
Only designs with confirmed product and personalization details can be purchased through checkout using PayPal. Saving a design does not mean that it is available to order; any unavailable item must be removed before payment.

Can every piece be personalized?
Personalization varies by design. Some pieces have name or text fields; others support photographs or initials. Additional pieces are still awaiting final personalization details. Use the options shown on each product page.
Is the preview an exact image of my finished piece?
No. Names and photo crops are layout references. They help you review your content but do not reproduce the finished engraving, scale or material.
Can I save two versions of the same piece?
Yes. Different personalization details are saved separately in your bag. Changing the quantity keeps the details attached to that design.
What does the collection cost?
Each piece has a displayed price in US dollars, from $29 to $99. The shown design price includes its listed personalization, with no per-name surcharge. Delivery is shown separately before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping to United States addresses is free. Allow 5 business days for personalization and preparation before dispatch, followed by approximately 15 business days in transit from China (about 20 business days in total). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8); orders placed after cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Public holidays extend the estimate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Can I change or return a piece?
Only damaged, defective or incorrect items are eligible for return, including non-personalized pieces. Report an issue to support@amorieva.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. We cover return shipping to China for verified issues, and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.
