Allow 5 business days for personalization and preparation before dispatch, followed by approximately 15 business days in transit from China to the United States (about 20 business days in total). Business days are Monday to Friday; public holidays are excluded and extend the estimate. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8); orders placed after cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Estimates are not guarantees. Only damaged, defective or incorrect items are eligible for return. Contact customer care within 30 calendar days after delivery. We cover return shipping for verified issues; approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.
